BIO

Dr. Suresh Subramanian has over 20 years of experience working the Defense Aerospace Industry. He has led diverse S&T programs and R&D efforts in EOIR Imaging Sensors, Algorithms, Phenomenology, infrared ROICs, and biologically inspired computing. He has been the Principal Investigator or Engineering Lead on many high risk / high payoff, DOD S&T programs where he has demonstrated a strong track record of first pass success, including meeting key deliveries on DX rated programs. Dr. Subramanian is currently a Lockheed Martin Corporate Fellow and leads the Applied Research Sensors & Systems technical group at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, FL. He was previously the Chief Scientist for Advanced Technology Development at Irvine Sensors Corporation, a micro-electronics packaging, and sensor design company in Southern California. Dr. Subramanian holds a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from The Ohio State University.
