Mr. Miranda attained significant professional experience and management expertise through key functional areas encompassing: Finance, Operations, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. For the past 12 years, he has been with Jenoptik North America and held the positions of President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, he held senior level management, finance and operational positions with Carl Zeiss Vision and served in the finance department for a division of BASF.
