In late January 2021, Seminole County-based FPC member Salvo Technologies, a respected global manufacturer of sensing and imaging products, acquired Arrow Thin Films Inc. Arrow Thin Films, based out of New Jersey, has been a manufacturer of laser material and optical coatings used in medicine, defense, and other commercial applications. The acquisition bolsters Salvo technologies’ manufacturing base, and adds complementary coating capabilities that allow Salvo Technologies to better serve its existing customer base.
