Soileau Family & SPIE Create Endowed Scholarship at UCF

The scholarship gives preference to first generation college students

The University of Central Florida announced a new endowed scholarship created by a $125,000 gift from MJ Soileau, a UCF professor and his family. The endowment was matched by SPIE, the International Society for Optics & Photonics, and gives preference to first generation college students.
